Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If item is damaged, you may return the item. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. Worn items cannot be returned. Merchandise that appears worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days after the ship date. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. All sales on CLEARANCE are final with NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS! For Hawaii, Alaska, and International returns, unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. All items are subject to 15% processing fee, this will be deducted from your refund. If your item was shipped by USPS or UPS and your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
How to Ship a Return
Pack and seal your box securely in the original package, if possible. To ensure your return is properly processed, please include the fully completed return form with your return package. Click here for a return form.
Send the merchandise back to us using any traceable shipping method, at your expense.

• Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
• We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.
REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your return.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
